I need to remind you of not being too hard on yourself. The plan and goals need to be realistic. Otherwise, you will probably give up because of the pressure on yourself and the online weigh loss support group.
The third is to always monitor where you are. You need to know your current weight every time you come to an online weight loss support group. There two reasons for this: to tell yourself and to let the group know so that they can help you accordingly to reach your diet goals. If you are not asked, then give a second thought about joining the group.
