Free Online Weight Loss Tips
This post is a summary of what I have learned during my research for free online weight loss tips. Some tips are not totally free. They are just part of sales pitch. Some free things are just time consuming. There is no free lunch in the world. However, some of the found free online weight loss tips are helpful in some way. I hope the following tips can be 7 of them.
1) Drink much water frequently. Water is good for weight loss because of two merits. One is that water drinking can fill your stomach so you will eat other foods less. The other is that water drinking can allow you to lose water weight in you body by accelerating metabolism. Keep your glass on your desk full all the time. Drink water from time to time. 8 glasses one day would be a standard against which you can measure what you drink.
2) Eat as much vegetables and fruits as you can: Vegetables and fruits help with the metabolism of our body too. And they can fill your stomach also leaving little room for other foods.
3) Exercise: Exercise can not be left out of weight loss plans. Running would be a good exercise for you to do everyday or 3 time a week. Or you can do some sports you like, basketball for example. Doing laundry and other housekeeping can belong to exercise, too. Just rock your body anytime you can.
4) Brush you Teeth early in the evening: You will not feel like eating after brushing teeth. So brush your teeth early in the evening will prevent you eat much at night, which is definitely not good for your sleep and weight.
5) Have your food placed on baby plates: This way you can cheat your mind or stomach that you have eaten a lot.
6) Monitor your Weight: There is no better way of knowing your progressing than keeping track of your weight. By keeping track of your weight, you are more likely to be successful in reducing and maintaining your weight.
7) Eat 5 – 6 Mini meals a day: By having a number of mini meals, you have a much better chance of losing weight. This is because your body will be able to burn calories much quicker this way than when you wait till you are completely empty and have a full meal.
